Security Deposit
This is will be refunded on on collection provided the following has been fulfilled.
*Tub is clean and water clear.
*Water has been tested and dosed regularly.
Equipment is in good order.
If any of the above is not adhered to the deposit will be forfeited. If there is evidence of smoking in and around the tub the deposit will also be forfeited.
Please find underneath delivery info:
Our delivery days are Thursday and Friday, a standard weekend hire for example would be delivered on a Thursday and collected on a Monday, or delivered Friday and collected Tuesday. The tubs take overnight to heat (14-20 hours) so please ensure you book your delivery day for at least the day before you wish to use it. Delivery and collection days are not usage days. If you require a different delivery day please get in touch
Delivery slots. Please note that our delivery and collection slots will be governed by our route. We cannot do individual requests for certain time slots. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone available to take delivery of the tub. If you have hired from us before we may be able to deliver without anyone being at the property.
