All of our solid tubs have access requirements.
They are delivered on a trailer so we need parking for a medium sized van plus 14ft trailer, the tubs are rolled into position on their side.
We need a minimum width of 85cm in a straight line with height and length clearance of 2.5mtrs.
We need more width and length to turn corners as the tubs don't bend.
We cannot roll these tubs over uneven ground or lift over fences, walls etc.
Some of the tubs can be rolled up or down steps.
Please check access before booking.
We will require a access video within 24 hours of booking for us to assess. We may ask you for more information regarding the access before confirming your order. If the access is deemed unacceptable we will offer an inflatable option (subject to availability) or refund your deposit.
If we don't receive the access video within the allocated time your booking will be automatically cancelled and a refund issued.
Bear in mind the larger the tub the harder it is to deliver.
We have a duty to protect Our staff and equipment therefore our decision is final.

Our tubs are normally delivered on a Thursday and collected Monday, they take overnight to heat (12-20 hours depending on the time of year) this gives you 3 days of use, normally Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The collection and delivery days are not considered part of the hire period. If you require a different delivery date please email us.
Delivery slots. Please note that our delivery and collection slots will be governed by our route. We cannot do individual requests for certain time slots. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone available to take delivery of the tub. If you have hired from us before we may be able to deliver without anyone being at the property.
